The Team

The restaurant's cuisine is in the hands of Nicola Ibba, a young Sardinian chef with experience in the kitchens of restaurants and hotels both nationally and internationally. Since 2016, he has returned to Bosa, his hometown, to join the Locanda di Corte project alongside his parents Angelo and Angela.

The team has settled over the years and has seen its valuable collaborators confirmed: Giacomo and Mattia.
